Apple offers free cases for Iphone 4 customers

Instead of a recall of Apple Iphone 4, Apple will be give out free cases instead. This is definitely a surprise for tons of Iphone customers who were looking for a replacement phone to fix their reception problems. Iphone’s are definitely prone to reception problems and the Iphone 4 is no different. However, this iphone has a particular problem with the antenna and users causing this problem to get worse. Apple says that when users touch the bottom left side of the phone, it causes the reception issues and makes the reception worse. Therefore, through rigorous testing, a protective case will not allow users to make this happen and fix the antenna problems.

As most users, we don’t think this is the best course of action. Many users don’t want an iphone case and would rather have an iphone that works without a case. Some cases make the iphone bigger and more bulky and that wasn’t the original purchase reason for some iphone 4 users who were drawn to the slim and sleak design of the Iphone 4 and now must use with the a case in order to get the best reception and fix the antenna problems as per Apple…. Apple claims they aren’t perfect, but they really better be after selling millions of phones to consumers.

Rumors are spreading over the web about the Verizon Iphone coming in 2011. This will mean big things for Apple to tie in with Verizon’s enormous customer base and stronghold on the wireless cell phone market.
